We are both passionate about using sound and silence for wellbeing in its many forms.
We create mindful, immersive sound experiences or sound journeys for well being and relaxation in Letchworth, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Working in groups or one to one using gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes etc, or it can be as simple as focussing on the sounds of nature around us when out walking.
Pam
I am a qualified and insured sound practitioner of 10 years and love to share the power of sound with people in group settings and on a one to one basis
Sometimes we do something and life changes in ways we couldn’t possibly imagine. I went to my first Sound Meditation given by Kanti Freeman in 2010 and left feeling very relaxed, an inner peace, clear headed yet with an energy I hadn’t felt for a while and although I’d always had a love of music I really noticed the power of sound to change the way I thought and felt. Sound meditation alongside an interest in nutrition became part of my recovery from cancer treatment and remains part of my daily routine.
The previous two years had been very challenging in all ways and the sounds helped me to process thoughts and emotions in a deep and non-verbal way and my journey sharing sound had begun. After attending singing bowl and gong workshops for personal use I trained as a sound and gong practitioner first with Don Conreaux and then Sheila Whittaker from the College of Sound Healing (CoSH) and have continued training with some amazing teachers including Simon Heather CoSH, Aidan McIntyre, Tim Byford and Jens Zygar
My passion for working with people has involved fifteen years working with a national mental health charity, nine years for a womens crisis centre and three years for a bereavement centre. A lifelong love of learning includes a BScHons in psychology and art, NVQ4 careers counselling and Metanoia person centred counselling
Working with people feels such a privilege; offering encouragement, helping them to discover a different perspective and enabling people to make changes in all kinds of ways and working with sound in the way I do involves all of this and more

My interest in sound began in my youth when I began to listen to plain song, Georgian chant, Mongolian overtone singing, religious chants and mantras. I began to feel how sound was able to influence my state and level of awareness. Not long after I bought my first singing bowl and began to play it for my own enjoyment and pleasure.
In my 30s I studied and qualified as a homeopath and worked in a homeopathic pharmacy and seeing clients.
My first encounter with the gong happened at one of the first Mind, Body, Spirit fairs in London when I heard it played by Don Conreaux; the cascading waves of sound and the sight of Don whirling the gong around his head and playing at the same time was hard to forget. I trained as a gong practitioner with Sarah Gregg and have been working therapeutically with sound ever since. I have also attended further training with Aidan McIntyre, Tim Byford and Jenz Zygar. One of my passions is collecting and playing singing bowls and the wide range of sounds they produce with the ability to still the mind.
Soon after meeting Pam we discovered we both shared love of music and sound and sound healing. We began to play together, blending the sound of different instruments creating an immersive experience of sound and silence.
We began recording our sessions some years ago as we were curious to hear how the combinations of instruments, rhythms and sounds came together and to improve our depth of listening and playing techniques.
People attending the sessions often asked for recordings and in response I began creating videos for our You Tube channel which has grown in popularity and content with a very interactive community from around the world.
