We create soundscapes using gongs, singing bowls, bells and other percussion instruments to make it easy for the brain to change from being active and busy to a meditative and more peaceful state. It is when we are in this place of deep rest we open up to our body's healing, our body systems re-balance and return to help us feel refreshed and energised just like it does after a really good night's sleep.

We are excited to be playing monthly Sound Meditations at the lovely Kincaid Hall, Letchworth Settlement 229 Nevells Road, Letchworth Garden City SG6 4UB which was refurbished in 2024. The Settlement has its own car park and Kincaid Hall is a theatre space with wooden floors, air conditioning / good heating system and recently fitted acoustic panels where the gongs and singing bowls sound beautifully
